Welcome to my blog of natural curves!

Welcome to my blog of own original scans and Photoshop-restored select pages from mainly Danish Vintage-Erotica Magazines (50s to late 90s) like 'Ugens Rapport', 'Super Rapport', 'Guld Rapport', 'Classic Rapport', 'Pige-Special', 'Cats', 'Express', 'Varieté', 'PinUp', and more. And this was back when hair down below were generally EXISTING (even in pr0n!). Today, pubic hair seems to be mainly a reminder of "a bygone age". Yes, my thoughts exactly: this blog will focuse on such fertile-looking fem's (if I scan a shaved fem, she will most likely have big natural boobs, since I am a boob-man :)). This blog is also dedicated to 'Ugens Rapport', a classic Danish adult magazine sold in amazing 200.000 copies per week during the 70s in Denmark (had its 40th birthday in Feb 2012).

2017.04.17 • 'Katja' in Cats Nr. 4, 1991 • Set 1 • 12 IMG

It's been a while since I've scanned a new set, so here's my first (and hopefully not last) set of the 18-year old Norwegian Easter Bunny Katja 👯 from a very popular (but less tasteful) Danish publication 'cats' in the 90s...

Hopefully those curves will grace this highly underachieved blog once again in the future! :)

Introducing 'Varieté' pinups!

...still here :P  ...on Blogger, not so much, but this is still the true home for my scans!!

I have not scanned anything in a long while, but I managed to restore a couple of pinups from the Danish Vintage Publication Varieté. My collection have grown over the years with full volumes from 1960 til 1970 (I believe Varieté started in the 40s and ended in mid or late 70s). The content from 70s became more explicit, whereas pre-70s Varieté seemed more "tasteful" but the pages are sensitive to aging, so I have to be careful when scanning (in both cases, however not as explicit as the non-Varieté smut publications from 80s and later!). Varieté is A JOY to scan and restore, so I really hope to post more of this content henceforward...

 Don't know her name yet!

 Rosina Revelle

I have started to experiment more with selective color correction of older publications, and I feel the result is less "flat" scans, but I still want to preserve the original vintage look...did hopefully succeed? :)

A note to non-local blog visitors: I have decided to freshen up on my mother language these days, so if Google Translate does not work well for you, just send a comment, and I will reply and clarify in English, if needed. Not that I expect a lot of readers interested in reading actual text on this site. ;)

New scanner + calibration = Leah Stewart in BACHELOR - JUNE 1997 (Vol.21 No.6)

After a long break from scanning, I recently decided to get a new (bigger!) A3 scanner which is seriously great for large photobooks. :O It is a bit overkill for private use...still, I wanted a good A3 scanner. They seem hard to come by for anything else than business purposes. But this flatbed CCD scanner seemed to be the right choice for my purposes.

Sadly, I am a sucker for quality and meticulousness, so I wanted to achieve the best results possible from my new semi-high-end scanner: a scanner calibration was highly needed (but shite...this is complicated stuff, even for a seasoned hobby scanner like myself with 10+ years of Photoshop experience).

I spent weeks learning about calibration. Finally, I purchased an IT8 target from targets.coloraid.de (very high quality and non-pricey), one based on FUJIFILM Crystal Archive Paper and another on KODAK Professional Paper. I used the Fuji target for my first calibration. The result is amazingly true colours, I must say (calibration is a must for graphical artists who are scanning their work). The scanner calibration is not permanent. From my understanding, calibration should be done once in a while (due to the aging of the scanner's bulp which causes colours to change after a certain period).

Now to the goodies :) ...well, just a single scan to show off the current calibration results. And not least, to show off the sweet'n'busty Leah from mid/late 90s for the very first time in this blog. :)

= Leah, after calibration and restoration!

My "before calibration" scan was a different image that I won't be posting, so you will have to compare with my older scans to see the difference in colour quality (hopefully obvious!).

My scans are still restored in Photoshop, but the scanner calibration should greatly reduce the time spend on restoring scans. :O

I still have a lot of non-scanned stuff, and the calibration have certainly revived my motivation to actually scan that stuff, so hopefully I can find time to update this blog a bit more in the future!

Note: I decided to post in English again :P

Note 2: For best viewing quality, monitor calibration is needed. For this, I recommend LCD test pages like the Lagom LCD monitor test pages and/or X-Rite ColorMunki Display (non-pricey, decent results with included software, optimal results with dispcalGUI).

2013.09.09 • Kirsten Imrie as 'Kirsten' in Super Rapport Nr. 11, 8. nov. - 16. dec. 1993 • Set 5 • 12 IMG

So...long time, no see. :) I decided to semi-revive the blog. But, with one big difference: All future posts incl. most of this one will henceforward be written in my mother language, Danish. I might be less productive than in the past, but I want to speed up things. This will not happen by writing in English. My Danish language will allow more fluidity and fewer gramma-checks. Then, I will ultimately have fun updating the blog. :P And, I want to add a Danish flavour to my blog, since I consider the content which created it (my scans) to be a part of a Danish cultural heritage ('Ugens Rapport' was quite frankly the King of magazine publications in Denmark during the 70s).

So, dear non-Danish visitors, please use Google Translate from now on (that is, if you are interested in anything else than my scans posted!).

Pyha. Endelig tilbage. Og jeg har langtfra opgivet bloggen og scanningen. Jeg fornemmer at have fået lidt energi igen.

NOTE: Above scans are temporarily removed from Blogger/Picasa Web Album due to a serious colour conversion issue (the dark areas are too dark when scans are viewed online). :(

EDIT: The issue seems to be with Picasa uploader which now darkens the pics, for currently (to me) unknown reasons. :/ ...this does not happen on another photo site, so for now, I have pasted IMG codes from there (non-optional adult ads are shown, sadly).

EDIT2: Scans re-added to Picasa/Blogger! Apparently one had to upgrade to Google+ to turn off their crappy new 'Photo Auto-Enhancing' feature. I ditched my Google+ account ages ago, but now upgraded again just for this setting...Christ, what has the world come to...a messy one! :/

2012.09.25 • Sexy Kitten (≈ 1965) • Assorted Set • 21 IMG

Roughly speaking, I'm embarrased to say, I think the percentage of restored scans in this blog is about 2% of my full collection. I didn't fully realise this until I FINALLY moved my collection from cardboard boxes to foldable, stackable solid plastic boxes (with air vents) the other day. I got 10 of these industrial looking beasts from Germany...

Must be the world's most convenient and flexible storage solution of this kind. At least for my purpose. They can be purchased from AUER Packaging (price per unit is 17.54 €) in Germany here.

In one of those boxes I put my currently most precious small piece of erotic vintage material, Sexy Kitten:

A Danish published booklet mag (printed in Italy) from about 1965. It's older than me and almost better looking, in virtually pristine quality (well, apart from the fact that it smells like something that was put away in a very dark, moisty cellar for a long, LONG time, in a galaxy far away, lol). I waited far too long to scan and restore some personally assorted pages from it (don't blame me for only scanning/restoring select pages, according to my own taste, or else I would get sick and tired of scanning stuff...). I really could not believe my eyes when I got hold of it a few years ago, almost for free. :O

So, hope ya'll enjoy these 21 restored pages of fertile women...from a time when women actually looked like women did not bother with a bit of extra hair on the legs, in the armpits and in many other places. If anyone feel this is just a tad too much "hair" for your pleasure, then you are in the wrong part of town (this blog) and should leave immediately, if you don't want anything unwanted between your teeths... ;)

Scroll up and take a good look at the material again, then savour the moment...because I expect it will be a long while before I am able to post something similar... :|
